Teach the Child began as a solution to the public education crises in Nigeria during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. With the shutdown of schools experienced worldwide as a result of lockdown policies, students from low-income earning families who attend public schools in Nigeria did not have access to online learning like their counterparts in private schools.
Since our inception in 2020, we have dedicated our efforts to bridging the educational gap for students from low-income families in Nigeria and beyond.
Through this initiative, we have successfully reached thousands of children, providing them with essential learning resources and support to ensure their continued education amidst challenging circumstances.
